Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our home bakery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Orders

  • Orders are accepted through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

  • An order will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from us and, where applicable, receipt of the required advance/payment.

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate details regarding the order, delivery address, contact number, date and time of delivery.

2. Advance Payment

  • For certain orders, particularly customized or large orders, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

  • The order will be processed only after the required advance has been received.

  • The balance amount, if any, shall be payable as communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Customised Orders

  • Customized cakes, desserts and other products are prepared according to the specifications discussed and agreed upon with the customer.

  • The final appearance of a customized product may vary slightly from reference photographs due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • Any specific design, flavour, colour or decoration requested by the customer will be subject to availability and feasibility.

4. Prices

  • Prices of our products are as communicated to the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • Prices may vary depending upon the size, flavour, design, customization and other requirements of the order.

  • Delivery charges are extra and shall be payable by the customer, unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available subject to our delivery area and availability.

  • Delivery charges will depend upon the delivery location and shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the agreed time, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

6. Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellation or modification of an order must be communicated to us as early as possible.

  • Once preparation of an order has commenced, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

  • Advance payments for customized, specially prepared or confirmed orders may be non-refundable, depending upon the stage of preparation and the circumstances of cancellation.

7. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability of ingredients and other materials.

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may need to substitute an ingredient or decoration with a reasonably similar alternative. We will endeavour to inform the customer wherever such substitution materially affects the order.

8. Allergies & Food Preferences

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as milk, dairy products, nuts, gluten, soy and other allergens.

  • Customers are requested to inform us of any known allergies or dietary requirements at the time of placing the order.

  • While we will take reasonable care to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Quality & Complaints

  • Our products are freshly prepared and are best consumed within the recommended period communicated with the order.

  • Any complaint regarding the product should be brought to our attention as soon as possible after delivery, preferably along with photographs of the product.

  • Complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for checking the order details, including flavour, size, design, spelling/text for cake decorations, delivery address, date and time, before confirming the order.

  • We shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

11. Photographs

  • We may photograph our products for our records and, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, may use such photographs for our website, social media or promotional purposes.

12. Right to Refuse an Order

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil the requested requirements, ingredients are unavailable, or for any other reasonable operational reason. In such cases, any amount received for an unfulfilled order will be dealt with appropriately based on the circumstances.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be displayed on our website and will apply to orders placed thereafter.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with an order or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

By placing an order with us, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
