1. Delivery AreaWe currently offer delivery within Jaipur, Rajasthan, subject to the availability of our delivery service and the location of the customer.

Delivery Charges•Delivery charges are extra and are not included in the product price unless specifically mentioned.•Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and distance.•The applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

 

3. Delivery Time•Delivery date and estimated delivery time will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of placing the order.•As our products are freshly prepared and made to order, customers are requested to place their orders sufficiently in advance.•We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the agreed time. However, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Delivery Address•Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.•Any delay or failure in delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable/incorrect contact details provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.

 

5. Receiving the Order•Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.•If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery, subject to availability.

 

6. Product Handling•Our products are freshly prepared and may be delicate. Customers are advised to handle and store the products carefully after delivery.•Appropriate storage instructions, wherever required, will be communicated with the order.

 

7. Delivery DelaysWhile we endeavour to deliver all orders on time, we shall not be liable for delays arising due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, adverse weather, accidents, road closures or other unforeseen events.

 

8. Delivery ConfirmationDelivery shall be considered completed when the order is handed over to the customer or to a person available at the delivery address on the customer's behalf.9.
